Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Times

- International: 15–30 business days

Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on orders of 2 or more bottles. Orders of 1 bottle ship at the rate shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery status. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after your order ships.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at helpsculptiva@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier to locate your order or send a replacement.
